I started running experiential learning activities in 1988, and have been doing so full time since 2001. And because learning is most effective when applied to real situations and in genuine, human conversation, I don't offer classroom-style, one-size-fits-all training. All of my activities are designed to be engaging, relevant and rigorous, so they're interactive, enjoyable and useful.
I cover the skills that can be trickiest to practice but that make a huge difference to how you feel, how effective you are and how you affect the people around you; topics such as leadership, resilience, confidence, collaboration and mindfulness. Below, you'll find links to topics that clients commonly bring me in to work on. Because all of my training is tailored to suit what you need, if you'd like to customise something or create something new, then do get in touch. I work with clients and organisations of all shapes, sizes and interests, from universities and charities to private businesses and the public sector.
